With over 25 years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a diverse skill set to my work as a multi-disciplinary therapist. My journey began in counselling, and at 26, I became the youngest director of our local Mind organisation. This provided invaluable experience in charity management while allowing me to continually expand my therapeutic toolbox.
I’ve always believed in a truly holistic approach to therapy, which is why I’ve passionately pursued training in a wide range of modalities. These include NLP, hypnosis, EFT, Life Coaching, Past Lives therapy, and psychosexual psychotherapy. This allows me to tailor my approach to your unique needs, drawing on the most effective techniques for your individual journey.
After years in management, I transitioned to private practice to further refine my techniques and develop new ones. Now, I have the privilege of sharing these through teaching and mentoring other therapists.

Change doesn't happen overnight. It's a gradual unfolding, a dance between self-acceptance and the courage to step outside your comfort zone.

My purpose and meaning in life revolve around growth, connection, and contribution. I thrive on learning new things, expanding my mind, and exploring the world around me. With over 25 years of experience as a multidisciplinary therapist, my goal has always been to help others achieve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Whether it’s through therapy, yoga, writing, or teaching, I aim to inspire people to live more balanced and fulfilling lives.
Travelling to over 85 countries has taught me the value of diverse perspectives and open-mindedness, which I bring into my work and personal life. I find meaning in helping others navigate their challenges, whether through psychosexual therapy, fitness coaching, or simply sharing my experiences. My garden, my yoga practice, and my writing are all extensions of this purpose—ways to create, connect, and give back.
Ultimately, my purpose is to live authentically, embrace curiosity, and leave a positive impact on the people and communities I encounter. Life is about growth, exploration, and making the most of every opportunity to learn and share.
