Multi-disciplinary practitioner with 25+ years across mental health, wellbeing, fitness, creative work and technology. Earlier career was spent leading and managing in the charity and social-housing sector (Mind, The Big Issue in the North, Carers Trust, Trothwy). For the last decade I have run my own private therapy practice, a CPD training company for therapists (Gold Leaf Training), built a catalogue of creative work, and developed a growing toolkit of indie tech products. I'm offering this mix of skills to a charity on a volunteer basis — most useful where creativity, technology, training, wellbeing or people-skills are needed. What kinds of roles fit best?
Anything that benefits from a mix of writing, facilitation, tech, training, wellbeing, or leadership — not “only one narrow job title.” Trustee or governance roles are a strong fit, especially where the charity runs international programmes and occasional overseas travel (field visits, board meetings) is part of the role.
Are you open to international travel?
Yes. I've travelled to 90+ countries and managed an overseas conservation project in Indonesia. For trustee roles, I'm looking for organisations where programme visits or international board meetings are a genuine part of governance — not every month, but not “UK-only, never travel” either.

Run a national online CPD training company for therapists and coaches. Design and deliver courses, manage trainer relationships, run all marketing, web and operations.
Designed and shipped browser extensions, an Android app (100x7), MCP servers for AI agents, GEO visibility audit tools, automation templates and a 3D interactive web experience. AI-assisted development workflow.
Six published novels (comedy, horror, psychological thriller), short stories and plays. Two released music albums (electronic / dubstep) on Spotify and Amazon. Ongoing photography series.
