Why I keep my rates grounded
You might notice my fees are lower than the typical clinic rate. This is intentional. By working from my dedicated home practice, I avoid high commercial overheads. I prefer to pass those savings directly to you—meaning you pay for the expertise and the breakthrough, not the postcode.
Sessions cover clinical hypnotherapy and therapy for whatever you're working on — anxiety, confidence, stress, habits, relationships, life change and more — as well as my specialism in men's psychosexual health. To book, get in touch to find a time that suits us both.

How much does a session cost?
An individual clinical hypnotherapy or psychosexual health session is GBP 80.
Do you offer a multi-session package?
Yes. A block of 4 sessions is GBP 280, which works out at GBP 70 per session.
Can I ask about lower-cost options?
Yes. If you are a student or on a low income, contact me and we can discuss discounted rates.
What does The Identity Update cost?
£495 for the complete three-session signature programme, including the 100x7 app.
