We find where your self-image got stuck, name the old story you're still running, and write — in your own words — the new identity to step into. That sentence becomes your daily practice.

Using clinical hypnotherapy, we revisit where the old story began and overwrite it with the current, true version of you. You leave with a personal "anchor" you can use the moment an old trigger hits.
