Let's address the crystal ball in the room. Past life regression has a reputation — incense, mystics, and a vague promise you were Cleopatra. That is not what happens here.
Whether you believe in reincarnation or you see the whole thing as a vivid dream your mind has written for you, the therapeutic results can still be real: calmer nervous system, sharper self-understanding, and behaviour that finally matches who you want to be.

A metaphor your subconscious understands
Think of it less as time travel and more as the subconscious telling you a story it already knows — in a language it finds easier than "Tuesday afternoon, age seven."
Past life regression, in how I use it, is a metaphorical tool: a structured way for deeper parts of you to speak, reorganise old material, and hand you something usable in ordinary life.
I am not here to sell you a belief system. I am here to help you feel more like yourself — with humour where it helps, and professionalism where it matters.
Why explore a "past life"?
🔄 Breaking old patterns. When the same loop keeps showing up — in relationships, work or confidence — sometimes logic alone cannot shift it. A symbolic journey can help your system try on a new ending.
🧭 Understanding irrational fears. The mind does not always label memories neatly. What feels "out of proportion" can make more sense when it has room to express itself as narrative rather than as a list of symptoms.

What actually happens in a session
You arrive as you are. We talk first so I understand what you want from the work and what "safe" looks like for you.
🛋️ Comfortable setting. You settle in your chair; the room is ordinary — no performance required.
🎧 Guided relaxation. Hypnosis here means focused attention and calm suggestion, not unconsciousness and not entertainment.
🗣️ You are always in control. You can speak, move, adjust position or pause at any time. The session follows your pace.
✍️ Debrief. Afterwards we make sense of what emerged in practical terms — what it means for sleep, boundaries, courage or next steps.

Do I have to believe in past lives for this to work?
No. Many people frame the experience as metaphor, dream-like imagery or the subconscious telling a story. What matters is what shifts afterwards — insight, relief and new choices.
Is it safe? Will I lose control?
You remain aware and in control throughout. Hypnotherapy is collaborative; you can pause or stop at any time.
What if nothing comes up?
That is normal sometimes. We work gently with whatever emerges — a feeling, a symbol, a fragment — or we adjust the approach. There is no test to pass.
